As the glass is transparent, moisture may affect the colouring due to the silver underneath, mainly the lighter shades. To help preserve their beauty, we recommend removing them before showering or swimming.

Gold Vermeil Sea Glass Jewellery As it is all plated, it’s really important to look after your jewellery to help protect the outer gold layer as much as possible. It is recommended to take your pieces off when doing exercise, gardening, household chores etc.

To protect any silver jewellery, avoid wearing it in any spas, swimming pools and also when using cleaning products. These chemicals such as chlorine and bromine can cause your jewellery to tarnish. A silver polishing cloth will help bring the shine back into your jewels!
