For this reason, please choose carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Return eligibility varies by product type and is outlined below.
Sea Glass Rings
All sea glass pieces are one of a kind and cannot be reshaped or replaced.
Most sea glass is personally collected and kept exactly as it is found, meaning no two pieces are ever the same.
Due to the unique nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds on sea glass rings.
If your ring does not fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another sea glass ring in your correct size, subject to availability.
Please note that your replacement ring will feature a different piece of sea glass, as each piece is unique.
Return postage and re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you’re unsure about sizing, we recommend checking our ring sizing chart before ordering.
Gemstone & Raw Rings
Gemstone and raw stone rings are handmade but not one-of-a-kind in the same way as sea glass pieces, meaning the same style can be recreated.
If your ring does not fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same ring style in a different size, subject to availability.

Necklaces
All necklaces are handmade using natural materials and may feature subtle variations in texture, tone, and shape.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on necklaces.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
